本届大数据竞赛在中国工程院、教育部高等学校大学计算机课程教学指导委员会及丝绸之路大学联盟的指导下由联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心（IKCEST）、中国工程科技知识中心（CKCEST）、百度公司及西安交通大学共同主办，旨在放眼“一带一路”倡议沿线国家，通过竞赛方式挖掘全球大数据人工智能尖端人才，实现政府—产业—高校合力推动大数据产业研究、应用、发展的目标，进一步夯实赛事的理论基础与实践基础，加快拔尖AI创新人才培养。

The big data competition has been jointly organized by the International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology under the auspices of UNESCO (IKCEST), the China Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (CKCEST), Baidu, and Xi’an Jiaotong University. The Chinese Academy of Engineering, the Ministry of Education, and the Universities Alliance of the Silk Road are also involved. The aim is to identify top talent in the global big data and artificial intelligence sector, particularly talented individuals from Belt and Road countries, in an effort to help the government, industry, and higher education institutions jointly drive the research, application, and development of the big data industry, and cultivate innovative AI talent.

报名方式 Application

1）报名时间：2022年8月10日-2022年9月30日；
2）竞赛官网：请竞赛选手及指导教师在AI Studio和ikcest官网同时完成个人信息注册及报名，报名截止日期后无法组队或合并队伍；
3）竞赛官方交流方式： 报名后请加入QQ竞赛交流群： 713923520（请注明参赛队名，由管理员审核通过）；
4）参赛队名自己创意，但不得包含不文明字眼及“Baseline”，“官方”知名企业等带有误导性字眼，请认真填写队名；
5）为确保竞赛公平，每位参赛人员仅限报名一支队伍，每支队伍可指派一名指导教师；
6）保证参赛队员报名信息准确有效，否则取消参赛资格奖励

1）Application Time: August 10th – September 30th, 2022;
2）Official Contest Website: ikcest The registration and application of contestants and instructing teachers should be completed before the registration deadline. After the deadline, no teams may be formed or merged;
3）The official contest communication channel: please join the QQ Contest Communication Group after applying: 713923520 (Please indicate the name of your team for evaluation and approval by the administrator);
4）Please create your own team name and ensure it contains no indecent or misleading words, such as “Baseline”, “official”, the names of a famous enterprise, etc. Please fill in your team name carefully;
5）To ensure the fairness of the contest, each contestant can only join one team, and an instructing teacher can only be assigned to one team.
6）The information filled out on the application must be accurate and valid, otherwise the team’s qualification or any awards granted will be withdrawn.

评审流程 Evaluation Process

1）时间：从8月25日起，打分系统运行，每支队伍每天最多可以提交5次结果，实时更新排名；
2）评审方式：系统自动打分，评委确认结果；
3）复试成绩占总成绩90%，决赛成绩占总成绩10%。

1）Time: The rating system will be up and running from August 25th. Each team is allowed 5 evaluation opportunities per day and the ranking list will be updated in real time;
2）Evaluation method: All submissions are automatically rated by the system with judges verifying the results;
3）Semi-final and final scores account for 90% and 10% of the total score separately.
